The Genoa Police intervened at the Emergency Room of the Villa Scassi Hospital, to stop a man in a state of alcoholic alteration, he wanted to be examined immediately, otherwise he would have destroyed everything. The man was reported for interruption of Public Service and unjustified possession of weapons or objects capable of offending.

The State Police of Genoa reported a 37-year-old for the crime of violence or threats to a public official, interruption of public service and unjustified possession of weapons or objects capable of offending.
Flying staff Cornigliano and Center intervened at the emergency room of the Villa Scassi hospital, at 19 pm, where the healthcare personnel he told them that a subject had presented himself in a state of alcoholic alteration asking in a threatening manner to be examined immediately by medical personnel otherwise it would have destroyed everything.
In fact the same immediately afterwards he kicked the desk of the triage room which hit two nurses, one in the thigh and one in the abdomen. The latter immediately moved away asking for help from the police.
As far as the incident occurred, the triage service remained inactive for approximately 15 minutes, also due to the fact that man continued to to rant, stating that if he had not been examined immediately he would have cut his wrists and throat.
The police officers who intervened tried to calm the subject who showed them previously self-inflicted cuts at the forearm level with a small knife he kept in his pocket and which he handed over to the operators.
The man after treatment by medical personnel was discharged and the policemen, after the drafting of the documents they resumed regular service.
