The investigators of the Flying Squad, have arrested, in execution of a precautionary custody order in prison issued at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Genoa, a Genoese born in 91 for the crimes of sexual violence and mistreatment.
The investigations were immediately started following the intervention of a police squad at the home of a girl, born in 99, who was still very shaken and had reported that she had been attacked shortly before by her ex-boyfriend, who in addition to having caused her obvious injuries, had committed serious sexual violence to her detriment, and against her will, all after having entered her home in a completely arbitrary manner, also destroying her cell phone.
Thanks also to the subsequent and protected listening by the agents of the Flying Squad of all the other episodes that the girl had suffered during the three years of relationship with the man, in consideration of the serious evidence of a crime against her, the Public Prosecutor's Office requested and obtained from the GIP the issuing of a precautionary custody order against the latter.
This measure was carried out by investigators of the third section of the Flying Squad yesterday, after having traced the suspect in the Bolzaneto district.
The man is now in the Genoa Pontedecimo prison, at the disposal of the Judicial Authorities.
