The Role of the Poggi Family in the New Proceedings
According to the Poggi family's lawyers, the lawyers Gian Luigi Tizzoni and Francesco Compagna, the decision to actively participate in the investigations arises from the need to acquire a full knowledge of all the evidentiary data emerged in the trial that led to Stasi's conviction. The lawyers have in fact received a communication from the Pavia Prosecutor's Office, in which the right of Chiara's close relatives to contribute to the ascertainment of the truth.

Andrea Sempio's position: investigations already closed twice
