In total, several grams of cocaine, a gun and, initially, €38.000 and then a further €30.000 were found.
Frosinone, four men arrested: the first for possession of drugs for dealing, illegal possession of a weapon and receiving stolen goods together with the other three.
As part of a thorough investigative activity, the Flying Squad of the Police Headquarters, with the collaboration of the Traffic Police personnel, arrested a fifty-three-year-old who will have to answer for the hypothesis of the crime of possession for the purpose of dealing narcotic substances, port unauthorized firearms and receiving stolen goods and reported three other people for the alleged crime of receiving stolen goods.
The four were stopped aboard a car while they were traveling on the motorway stretch between Frosinone and Cassino, heading to Albania.
The investigations carried out immediately made it possible to find in a bag belonging to the arrested person, hidden under the driver's seat of the vehicle, driven by the same, approximately 150 g of cocaine, a 735 caliber revolver-type gun and a sum of cash of 38.000,00 euros.
During the in-depth checks, a further 30.000,00 euros in cash were found, presumably proceeds from the drug dealing activity.
The revolver was found to be part of a theft carried out in January 2022 in Gubbio (Pg).
The weapon, the narcotic substance and the cash were seized.
