All this has generated a sense of frustration and fear among the population, resulting in a request for a greater presence of law enforcement in the area.     

Against widespread crime

Therefore, the general prevention and public aid office of the Frosinone Police Headquarters, in order to make the action against crime more effective and concrete, in relation to the predatory criminal events which have occurred in recent days and which have caused great outcry among citizens, has activated planned control services throughout the provincial territory, aimed at preventing and repressing any form of illegality, implementing the directives and under the coordination of the local Public Prosecutor's Office. 

In this regard, we communicated that in recent days. the State Police arrested three robbers caught in the act of committing the crime of robbery committed against a woman and an attempted robbery perpetrated against another woman and also reporting them in a state of freedom of escape and failure to help because for escape caused a road accident with injuries.  

The first report

In this context, on 20 June 2022, at 08.38, a report was received on the 112 nue line from a lady who reported that she had been the victim of an attempted robbery while she was walking along a street in the capital by a some people traveling in a blue VW Golf.

The arrest

Subsequently, having collected the victims' reports as well as the summary information from the witnesses, the three robbers were arrested for the crimes hypothesized above. At the end of the formalities, the three arrested were associated with the Regina Coeli prison in Rome at the disposal of the PM on duty.
