The argument had depended on the non-payment of a debt that the Italian had towards foreigners.
Quarrel in the street in Bassano del Grappa: an illegal foreigner and a drug user identified.
Vicenza. During yesterday evening, a crew of State Police on "Flying" duty of the PS Commissariat of Bassano del Grappa spoke at Rose (VI), in Via Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto, for a street dispute between an Italian and 3 foreigners from Morocco.
Once on site, the Police identified the parties, ascertaining that the argument had arisen from the failure to pay a debt that the Italian had towards foreigners. The parties were informed of the procedures to be followed pto request unpaid payment.
At the moment, everyone present were identified by the officers who attended, ascertaining that one of these (citizen of Morocco in 2000) had violated the Police Commissioner's Order to leave the national territory as it was irregular, while another (citizen of Morocco born in 1999) was in possession of a small envelope, containing 7,5 grams of hashish, kept in the trouser pocket.
Therefore, the first was reported to the Judicial Authority for the violation of the art. 10 bis of Legislative Decree 286/1998, while the second was coming administratively sanctioned for possession of narcotics for personal use and then reported to the Prefecture. The substance was seized. Lawsuits have been initiated against the irregular foreigner procedures for expulsion from the national territory.
