Fight against counterfeiting in Turin. 181 fake clothing items seized.

In recent weeks, the Turin Local Police has 181 counterfeit clothing items seized. Tuesday 4th February, in the Barriera di area Milano, the agents have a person reported and arranged the seizure of goodsThe suspect is accused of trade in products with false markings and receiving stolen goods.

In fact, it is not the only operation successfully completed in recent months. On December 4, the agents of the two Commands were monitoring some locations in Turin North where illicit activities were suspected. At a certain point they identified two people carrying large bags with counterfeit brand clothes of well-known fashion houses. Given the flagrant nature of the crime, the officers searched the apartment in which the two were based, thus finding lots of material in progress and equipment.

During the operation they were seized 28 items already counterfeited with the affixing of the trademark; 27 items still to be branded; 601 various accessories bearing the brands such as hinges and hooks; 2577 brands from various fashion houses ready to be applied on garments. Placed under I also seized the equipment used.
