Anzio, man attacked and stabbed near a bar. Two precautionary measures applied to two boys, an adult and a minor, suspected of the crime of murder and aggravated injuries.

In the early hours of the morning of 10 December last year, the agents of the State Police of the Anzio-Nettuno Commissariat intervened in Viale Marconi, near a bar, where a man, probably just after having perpetrated a theft inside the premises, when leaving, he was attacked with violent kicks and punches, suffering some wounds which were inflicted on him with various stab wounds; the victim was left lying on the ground, in an unconscious state, where he then remained rescued by 118 personnel and then being transported to the Anzio hospital.

Here the health workers, ascertained that the injured person, with serious head injuries, was in life threatening, they decided to transfer the subject to the San Camillo Forlanini hospital where he then underwent surgery.

Following the investigations carried out and thanks to the viewing of the images of the system video surveillance of some commercial premises in the vicinity, the police carried out a complex and detailed investigation which allowed the identification of two subjects, one of whom was a minor, seriously suspected of committing the crimes of attempted murder and aggravated assault.

The meticulous investigations, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Velletri and the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court, have made it possible to reconstruct what happened collecting valid circumstantial elements against the two suspects.

Following these findings, the Judge of the Court of Velletri accepted the request of the Prosecutor's Office by issuing an order for the application of a precautionary measure against the 18-year-old suspect, who was subjected to house arrest at his home in Anzio.

Similarly, the Judge at the Juvenile Court of Rome in turn issued a precautionary measure against the 17-year-old suspect who was subjected to the precautionary measure of placement in the community.

In any case, the suspects are to be considered presumed innocent, in consideration of the current phase of the proceedings, i.e. that of the preliminary investigations, until a definitive finding of guilt with an irrevocable sentence.
