In one of these episodes, which occurred in Piazza Palazzo Vecchio, he argued with passers-by, broke glass bottles and threw them into the fountain located there; on this occasion he was therefore referred to the competent Judicial Authority, not only for drunkenness and dangerous throwing of things, but also for crimes of violence or threats to a public official and insult to a public official, committed both on the spot and during the accompaniment to the police station. In consideration of the subject's continuing conduct, considered dangerous for public safety and, in particular, for that of the historic center of Vercelli, a special order was adopted against him by the Police Commissioner. provision prohibiting access to urban areas, to public services and public entertainment venues located in the aforementioned historic center and in the surrounding areas, as well as to park in the immediate vicinity of the same, from 12:00 to 03:00 every day, for a period of 6 months.
