It ended with the complaint for insulting a public official and with the sanction for drunkenness of a 34 year old woman an intervention in the town center of Crema carried out by the Carabinieri of the Crema Radiomobile Unit on the night of 22 March.

That night, around 05.00, a patrol was sent to a street on the outskirts of Crema because a woman had requested intervention following an argument with a friend of hers. At the scene, the military found a man and a woman, the latter in a clear state of psychophysical alteration following alcohol abuse.

The woman had difficulty speaking and standing and the military tried to identify her. She provided her personal details verbally and then the military also identified the man in her company. But the woman, in a state of agitation, for no apparent reason, attacked the soldiers several times, insulting them. Asked to explain what had happened and whether he needed medical attention, he refused to tell the facts and insulted the military again.

Only after patient work by the military and her friend did she calm down and report that she had argued with a friend of hers, indicating the house where the events had occurred. The military went to that house and also identified this other man, who reported that he had spent the evening with the woman, drinking alcohol and using drugs. Then he and the 34-year-old started arguing for trivial reasons and he asked the woman to leave his house.

The military, after having reconstructed the facts, invited everyone to return to their homes, but the 34-year-old's evening still ended with a complaint to the judicial authority for contempt of a public official and with an administrative sanction for drunkenness.
