Today, a personal precautionary measure was carried out against a local man, seriously suspected of mistreatment within the family and aggravated injuries to his own children.

The investigations of the State Police Station of Corigliano-Rossano originated from the complaint filed by the man's children who in the documents depicted a highly degrading family situation with their own parent as the main actor, the protagonist, in a negative way, of continuous and repeated harassing conduct, physical and psychological violence, perpetrated against them.

The investigation, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Castrovillari directed by Dr. Alessandro D'ALESSIO, began immediately, as soon as the complaint was formalized and allowed for the collection of multiple pieces of evidence against the man, on the basis of which the GIP of the Court of Castrovillari issued the measure in question at the request of the same Public Prosecutor's Office.

The man was removed from the family home and will not be able to approach it or the injured parties or the places they usually frequent, with the obligation to keep a distance of no less than 500 meters and will be monitored by an electronic bracelet.
