Como, baby gang responsible for numerous robberies especially against peers caught

Como, this morning, the Como State Police carried out n. 4 orders for the application of the precautionary measure of placement in the community, issued by the Judge of Preliminary investigations at the Juvenile Court of Milano, on request
of the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office led by Prosecutor Ciro Cascone, against three minors, responsible for robberies against minors.
All crimes committed in the center of Como.
In particular, last December, the group, of Moroccan and Tunisian origin, all minors at the time, but already with specific police records, had committed robberies against other peers.
They always operated with the same dynamic: one of them, in fact, approached the victims in a friendly manner, pushing them towards little-frequented alleys where the rest of the gang was hiding, who suddenly pounced on the poor unfortunates who, suffering threats and violence, they were forced to hand over sums of money and, above all, their branded jackets, remaining subjected to the cold of the winter evenings in Como.
Immediately after the robberies, the men of the Flying Squad, both from the 2nd Section "Crimes against the person" and from the 3rd Section "Crimes against property", collected various testimonies on the criminal events and, after careful and rapid investigations, produced the documents to the Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Milano who directed the investigations and who then, bringing together the
everything, requested the GIP of the same Court to issue the three precautionary orders against the suspects. The request was then deemed founded on the basis of serious indications of guilt.
During the execution, once the ritual formalities had been carried out, the men of the Flying Squad accompanied the recipients of the measures to the communities.
