The man, on the basis of investigations by the Carabinieri, was found guilty of a theft inside a supermarket in Cascina (PI) which took place in 2016. With the arrest order issued in March of this year, the man was remained untraceable until a patrol from the Collesalvetti station noticed a suspicious car in the Vicarello area and carried out an inspection; The 50-year-old was driving and, following the ordinary checks, was found to be affected by the measure and was therefore arrested. Once the formalities were completed, he was associated with the Le Sughere prison in Livorno.
