Cinisello, house arrest revoked for the former mayor

The investigating judge of Monza Patrizia Gallucci has revoked the house arrest for the former PD mayor of Cinisello Balsamo (Milano) Syria Trezzi and her husband Roberto Imberti and also for the former councilor Ivano Ruffa and the former city councilor Franco Marsiglia (who had the obligation to sign) as part of the investigation into the alleged corruption in the urban planning operation of the former Auchan-Grugnotorto park.

The decision came as Trezzi and Ruffa resigned from all public and political positions and Imberti resigned from the position of president of the building cooperatives he managed. Serious indications of guilt remain. The revocation for Marseille is related to health problems.
