Cinisello Balsamo, Milano: a minor delivers 3 kilos of drugs to a pusher who has 50 in his cellar. The State Police arrests 4 people.

The policemen of the Milanese Flying Squad, following previous judicial police activities, have prepared a special control service in the city on the outskirts of the capital and, on Tuesday afternoon around 16 pm, they saw a young man coming out of ahouse in via Tiziano who, with a bag in hand, joined the four occupants of a car that had just arrived at the house.

The 26-year-old, sitting next to the 23-year-old driver, got out and opened the trunk of the vehicle so that the 17-year-old could place the bag inside before driving away. The car then left and the agents of the Sixth Section, who had always followed the car, believing that there had been sale of drugs, they stopped the occupants and proceeded to check them, finding 2.600 euros in the glove box front of the car and, in the bag left by the minor in the trunk, three wraps with over a kilo each of marijuana which the 23-year-old driver and the 26-year-old said belonged to them.

The two people, who were sitting in the back seat of the car, were found to be unrelated to the drug exchange and the facts alleged against the three men who were arrested: the two adults were judged immediately with arrest validated and application of the house arrest measure while the minor, arrested as soon as he left the car, was associated with the First Reception Center of the Beccaria juvenile prison.

The immediate and subsequent checks carried out by the State Police led to the search of the apartment in which the minor lives with his sister and her 32-year-old partner: in the cellar used by the 32-year-old, the Flying Squad police found almost 48 kilos of hashish in about twenty containers, two kilos of marijuana packaged in the same way as that found in the car, 8 grams of cocaine, a precision scale.

Furthermore, there were 300 cartridges of various calibers for common firearms and a rifle with compressed air scope. The 32-year-old declared that all the material found by the officers was placed by him in the cellar without anyone in the house knowing, further adding that he had given instructions to the minor to deliver the envelope to the two twenty-year-olds.

The 32-year-old, with a history of drug-related crimes, arrested for possession for the purpose of dealing and investigated while at liberty for illegal possession of ammunition, was associated with the Monza prison.
