Chased, attacked and robbed of his mobile phone: 34-year-old North African man reported for robbery and receiving stolen goods.
Cremona, told the Carabinieri that he had found himself face to face with a man who after having attacked and beaten him with a stick robbed him of his cell phone. At the end of the investigation, the Carabinieri of the Camisano station reported a 34 year old foreign citizen, held responsible for robbery and receiving stolen property.
The violent episode occurred in a street in the center of Sergnano (CR) late in the evening last November when three patrols from the Crema Company had been dispatched for the reported violent assault.
On site the military identified the victim, and after rescuing her they had medical personnel transport her to the Crema hospital for appropriate treatment. The victim said he was chased and attacked by a disguised man who got out of a car and, after hitting him with a stick, robbed him of his mobile phone.
It was the Carabinieri of Camisano who reconstructed what happened and gave a name to the alleged culprit who, shortly after the event, found the SUV stolen in Cremona on 22 November last and recovering the stolen mobile phone inside. From the description provided by the complainant and from the elements acquired during the investigative information activity, the military traced the identity of the author, a 34-year-old North African citizen, which was reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Cremona.
