Novara, a crew of the State Police, specifically of the Flying Squad of the Police Headquarters, intervenes in Lumellogno, in via Muratori, as two passers-by, acquaintances of the owners of a house there, they reported the presence of an unknown man on the balcony.
Once the officers arrived on site, they made contact with the witnesses, who in the meantime had managed to detain the alleged thief: they said they had become suspicious seeing the man wandering around the premises of the house and watch through the window panes, and therefore to have contacted NUE112.
Having returned to the police station and at the end of the drafting of the ritual documents, believing that there was no doubt that the man (born in 1968, with a police record) had accessed the private area with the sole and unequivocal intent to misappropriate the property of others, he was declared under arrest for attempted home invasion.
