The Carabinieri of the Castelvetrano station have carried out an application order of the precautionary measure of removal from the family home and no approach to the injured person, issued by the Court of Marsala against a 35-year-old local man (burdened by police prejudice), for the crime of mistreatment against cohabiting family members.

Today's provision arises from the investigative findings of the Carabinieri of Castelvetrano, fully shared by the AG, which documented repeated mistreatment and threats such as to generate a strong state of anxiety and concern towards the cohabitant.
