Casalmaggiore: he was driving again despite having a revoked license, a man reported

At the end of the investigations, the Carabinieri of the Casalmaggiore Radiomobile Unit have 62-year-old man reported for driving with a revoked license, resident in the province of Parma and with police records against him.

One afternoon at the end of last July, around 17.30 pm, a patrol was in Casalmaggiore in Guerrazzi Street and stopped a car with the 62-year-old driving. After having checked and identified, the military have it reported for driving without a license because it has been revoked. In fact, when asked for documents the man admitted to not having a driving license because it was revoked almost three years ago.

E it wasn't the first time that the man was behaving in this way because he had already been caught driving a vehicle two more occasions in 2023. In fact, by carrying out further investigations through the available databases, the military verified that in January 2022 he had been notified of a decree issued by the Civil Motorization Department with which he had been license revoked. Then to mid-February and end of June 2023, in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Parma, had been caught driving vehicles by the Local Police and the Carabinieri of those locations.

On those occasions it had been administratively sanctioned and, in this circumstance, since it was the third violation committed in the two-year period, it was reported and his car was seized for the purposes of confiscation.
