Busto Arsizio, suspicious movements in an abandoned house: checks revealed a den for drug addicts.
For some time the agents of the State Police of Busto Arsizio had received news of continuous suspicious movements in an abandoned house in Buscate, where drug addicts in the area could obtain narcotic substances from North African drug dealers "competing" with those dealing in wooded areas. So yesterday morning the agents of the police station in via Foscolo, assisted by the anti-explosive dogs of the Border Police and the anti-drug ones of the Malpensa Guardia di Finanza, entered the abandoned building to identify the occupants and carry out a search.
The police immediately came across a man who was sleeping in a makeshift bed and who, having woken up with a start, showed that he had a machete under the covers. After having blocked the man with great difficulty, an officer was hit in the face by a punch which caused him minor bruises and abrasions. The operators were then able to carry out the search and found, in addition to 35 grams of cocaine, 80 of hashish and 800 euros, a large kitchen knife placed on the floor next to the bed and a hatchet under the pillow, paraphernalia which, like the machete, it was evidently intended for the pusher to defend drugs and money. A scooter, which was discovered stolen from, was also recovered Milano about a year ago, a mountain bike and two electric scooters, probably stolen in turn, three mobile phones, a tablet and several SIM cards all registered to third parties, watches and 25 shotgun cartridges, all useful tools for the widespread dealing of drug.
The criminal, without documents, was identified as a 24-year-old Moroccan with some previous convictions and, in agreement with the Public Prosecutor's Office of Busto Arsizio, was arrested for possession for the purpose of dealing narcotic substances, injury and resistance to public official; he was also reported for receiving stolen goods, illegal occupation of property and possession of ammunition.
