Brescia, group sexual encounters in the gym: martial arts master arrested for violence.

On the morning of April 20, the Carabinieri of the NORM Operational Section of the Chiari Company and those of the Cologne station, in the province of Brescia, they executed a precautionary order with which house arrest was ordered against a 52-year-old man. The 42-year-old wife and another 53-year-old man were also arrested for other reasons.

The man is accused of crimes of aggravated sexual assault, abusive practice of the medical profession, illegal trade in illegal drugs and aggravated fraud. The order was issued by the GIP of Brescia, at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office.

The suspect would have exploited his charismatic role as a martial arts master to create a relationship of psychological dependence with some students who attended his gym, pushing them into group sex sessions which he would sometimes also participate in, often together with his wife who would dedicate herself to organizing the meetings. Some of the victims (women) reported having suffered sexual violence during these occasions.

Arrest, complaints and seizure

In the gym in Brescia, where he taught martial arts, the "master" also practiced acupuncture without having the right to do so, as well as prescribing anorectic drugs or drugs aimed at improving/enhancing sexual performance, whose trade on the national territory is prohibited, importing them from abroad. The gym premises were placed under preventive seizure by the judiciary.

Finally, through a financial broker he knew who was also under investigation, the 52-year-old convinced the relatives of some gym goers to invest large sums of money, behind the never-fulfilled promise of obtaining high perpetual monthly incomes.

Currently the suspect is subjected to the precautionary measure of house arrest pending interrogation, while his wife and the financial promoter are reported in a state of freedom.
