Borno (Brescia), hardcore actress killed, torn to pieces and thrown into a cliff: 43-year-old confesses to the crime.

This morning, at 04,30, i Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Brescia and of the Breno Company have carried out, at the expense of a 43 year old man resident in the Milan area, a detention order issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Brescia, Dr. Lorena Ghibaudo, for the crimes of aggravated voluntary homicide, destruction and concealment of a corpse.

The provision came at the end of intense investigations conducted by the Prosecutor's Office and the Carabinieri after finding, which took place on March 20th, of body of a woman cut into pieces and thrown into a cliff in the Borno mountains, in Valcamonica.

The discovery occurred thanks to a local citizen who, having noticed the presence of four black busts, used for rubbish, had opened one z finding pieces of human corpse and in particular, among the few identifiable ones, a woman's hand. The police, promptly notified by the man, began investigations, made very difficult by the total absence of elements useful for identifying the victim.

The investigators then decided to publish a statement describing some of them tattoos still partially visible on the woman's body. The disclosure of the detail allowed some people - even residents in other regions - to contact the military to inform them that those tattoos could belong to a woman very well known in porn cinema circles.

The woman was soon identified in Carol Maltese, 26 year old known in the hardcore scene with lo pseudonym Charlotte Angie.
It was subsequently ascertained that the car, in her use, had passed through last Sunday 20 March, right in the Borno area, driven by a man who in turn was found to have access to the car itself as he had previously checked it on board in previous circumstances.

The confession

Yesterday this man, amico e neighbor of the victim, presented himself to the police to provide information about the missing woman, offering circumstances which immediately revealed themselves to be contradicted by the investigative emergencies acquired up to that point. The magistrate and the carabinieri, who in the meantime had gathered elements that placed the man in the Borno area on the morning of Sunday 20th, subjected him to a series of protests, including formal interrogation, which took place during the night in the presence of the defender.

The man then decided to confess to the murder and concealment of the body which took place in January 2022, first placing it in a freezer in the victim's house and then, once torn to pieces, throwing it into the mountain cliff. The story provided by the man clarified many details, but on them, the work of the Brescia Prosecutor's Office and the Carabinieri continues in search of evidence, respecting the presumption of non-guilt of the person subjected to the investigation.
