This attitude caused a state of strong anxiety and agitation to grow in the woman, so much so that it induced her, advised by the people closest to her, to go to the Police Headquarters offices to ask for information on the behavior to maintain if situations similar to those described above had recurred.

Leaving the police station a few minutes ago, yesterday afternoon the woman called the agents back reporting that, while she was on her bicycle to carry out some errands, she realized that her ex-partner was following her in his car. from immediate view of security cameras of the Municipality of Bolzano, the Agents of the Police Operations Centre they were able to follow the movements of the persecutor in real time, in such a way as to communicate them to colleagues at Volante e to allow the latter to identify and block it in a few moments, at the moment in which, as has been said, he was carrying out risky maneuvers in traffic so as not to lose sight of his "prey", such as to endanger vehicles and people. Clearly shocked and scared by what had happened, the victim confirmed, to supplement the complaint, what happened just now: approached by the man while he was riding his bicycle, the latter, driving his own car, he began to threaten and even insult her, forcing her to reverse direction of travel to try to escape his control. Escape attempt proved futile as the attacker, he got out of the car and blocked her, preventing her from escaping.
Conducted the man in the police headquarters, subsequent investigations revealed the man's antecedents, not new to committing persecutory acts.
At the end of the Judicial Police proceedings, the persecutor was declared under arrest and made available to the Judicial Authority.
