The Carabinieri of the Erice station subjected a man from Trapani born in 78 to the precautionary measure of a ban on approaching places frequented by the offended person, with the application of an anti-stalking bracelet, following mistreatment in the family.
Today's provision, issued by the local Court, arises from investigations carried out by the Carabinieri, and fully shared by the Judicial Authority, regarding a series of mistreatment consisting of beatings, insults and threats that the 45-year-old allegedly carried out against his spouse , and documented by the soldiers of the Pantelleria Army, the place where the events allegedly occurred.
