The State Police, this last weekend, has further intensified its activities related to the Control of the Territory, considered a fundamental tool to ensure and guarantee the efficiency of the entire safety and legality chain.
In fact, the precise and timely provisions issued by the Como Police Chief have been put into practice. Marco Calì to the police cars, information which in turn is acquired during the Technical Coordination Meetings which are held periodically in the Prefecture.
Since the weekend the numbers report 150 emergency calls arrived via 112 NUE, of 180 vehicles checked on the road and 575 people identified between street users and public places, with a high percentage of criminals and some illegal immigrants in the area, who will be duly treated administratively by the experts of the Immigration Office.
Many public places were checked, both by patrol cars and with the fundamental help of the crews of the Lombardy Crime Prevention Department. Milano who carried out inspections in all those commercial establishments where the demand from citizens and the presence of criminals is more consistent, such as Via Anzani, Weaver's Square and Via Plinio.

The two subjects, at the mere sight of the patrol car, began to get agitated and the 18 year old was seen by the officers, throw something in the grass, a small package immediately recovered by the police and which contained numerous "sticks" of hashish already packaged for sale, for a weight of about 15 grams.
Once at the police station, all of the newly-adult's criminal records emerged, among which the most notable was the voluntary removal from the Milanese community that had him in custody once he obtained an alternative measure to the Beccaria juvenile prison, where he had been placed this summer after an arrest in Como for theft.
After the complaint at large, the young man was returned to the community of Milano, while the 20 year old Moroccan who was with him was reported at liberty for irregularity on Italian territory and administratively sanctioned for possession of a small quantity of drugs, which he had spontaneously handed over at the time of the check.
