Ancona, false vaccine inoculations to obtain the Green Pass: another 35 people involved
Ancona, false vaccine inoculations to obtain the Green Pass: another 35 people involved.
The State Police has been carrying out, since the early hours of this morning, a complex judicial police activity, conducted by the Flying Squad and coordinated by the local Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court, aimed at the application of 35 precautionary measures, issued by the GIP of Ancona, following further investigative developments regarding the ascertained responsibility of several subjects, investigated in relation to crimes of corruption, false ideology, embezzlement, continuous and in competition, aimed at obtaining, upon payment of sums of money, the undue release of Green Pass certifications, through the fake inoculation of the vaccine, carried out at the time of the facts by the main suspect, a nurse of Ancona, currently under arrest in prison.
Today's further precautionary measures represent the epilogue of the continuation of the investigative activity carried out after the application of 50 precautionary measures which took place in relation to the same charges on January 10th.
The second tranche of the investigative activity therefore made it possible to outline other circumstantial positions, also strengthening those already established against the main suspects already subjected to precautionary measures, hence the issuing of further measures, both personal and real, of which:
- no. 5 replicated the custodial measures already issued against the main suspects, still subjected to the same restrictions as of January 10th;
- no. 2 further precautionary measures of house arrest;
- no. 28 further precautionary measures of the obligation to stay and report to the police with a ban on leaving the house between 21pm and 06am.”
The Public Prosecutor's Office has ordered the digital seizure of all the greenpasses of the suspects implicated in the corruption events, thus preventing them from using the unduly obtained certification which was deactivated by the ASUR platforms.
