Ancona, raid on drug dealer's home: hashish, ecstasy and an LSD "stamp" found
Ancona, the Police have reported a 45-year-old Italian man for possession of narcotic substances for dispatch purposes, found in possession of drugs that he hid inside his home in Ancona.
The man, already under the attention of the police, was active in the dealing of various types of substances.
Late yesterday afternoon, at the culmination of a series of targeted services carried out by the plainclothes men of the Anti-Drug Section of the Doric Flying Squad, a thorough search was carried out inside the suspect's home.
Inside a kitchen drawer, investigators found over half a pound of hashish, as well as a small quantity of ecstasy and a "stamp" of LSD (Lysercic Acid Diethylamide); the latter are two dangerous psychotropic substances that produce psychotic effects on users (strong feeling of well-being; increased confidence with others; removal of emotional and communication barriers; exaltation of sensations; greater ability to perceive rhythm and music).
Inside the house the officers also found and seized 900 euros, believed to be the proceeds of the drug dealing activity, also considering the numerous material found in the possession of the drug dealer, namely, a precision scale, a knife stained with hashish and scissors for cutting cellophane.
