After a short chase the officers managed to stop him and identify him.

Believing that the escape was aimed at hiding weapons, the officers proceeded with a personal search and extended it to the vehicle. Two plastic sachets containing a narcotic substance, probably of the marijuana type, were found hidden in the front trunk of the moped.

The narcotic substance found to be 1,435 grams was seized.

At the same time, an investigation was carried out on the vehicle which was not found to be in order due to the chassis being combined with another vehicle.

The young man, therefore, found without a valid driving license for the category of vehicle he was driving and with a vehicle without compulsory RCA insurance coverage, was sanctioned for the violation of articles of the CDS and the additional sanction of detention and administrative seizure was applied. of the vehicle.

Furthermore, due to criminal conduct integrating the crime of resistance to PU, the operators reported the young man in a state of freedom. and him as a drug user at the Prefecture.
