Agrigento, closure of the place and sanctioned because he was caught giving drinks "over the counter" to two customers

Agrigento, Yesterday, in Licata, the State Police in carrying out services prepared by the Police Commissioner of Agrigento Rosa Maria Iraci, aimed at complying with current legislation regarding the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency, carried out various checks on people and commercial establishments. In particular, the manager of a bar located in a central street in Licata was sanctioned because he was caught serving drinks "over the counter" to two customers, although this was not permitted. In addition to the administrative fine of 400,00 euros, the men of the police station applied the additional sanction of closing the business for three days, in order to prevent further reiteration or continuation of the administrative offence.
