Vicenza: calls 113 from a bar to hand himself over to the police, 44-year-old wanted man arrested.

It was he who contacted the “113”, last Sunday night, while he was in a bar in Viale dal Verme a Vicenza. HMA, 44 year old Tunisian citizen with numerous precedents resistance to a public official, evasion and drug dealing, on the occasion he reported to the Police Headquarters Operations Center that he had returned to Italy a few days ago and had to to atone for a sentence of almost 4 years in prison. The "Volanti" agents, sent immediately to the reported location, immediately identified the subject, who spontaneously handed himself over to the police. After taking him to the offices in Viale Mazzini for the continuation of the investigations, the Agents were first able to confirm the identity of the subject and, therefore, ascertain the veracity of his story: in fact, charges against HMA were pending an Imprisonment Order to serve a final sentence of 4 years and 8 months in prison, issued by the Court of Vicenza as a result of a cumulation of sentences for the aforementioned crimes. The man, who showed himself right from the start collaborative, was then taken by Police Officers to the Vicenza prison to pay off his debt to justice.
