In the afternoon of 5th July last, the Gallarate State Police has discovered a real “dating house” complete with a maitresse who managed, and clearly exploited, the prostitution activity carried out inside the rooms of a chalet located in the municipality of Somma Lombardo by four prostitutes, Italian and foreign, complete with stage names.
To 15:00 pm, the agents of Public Safety Commissioner, suspicious of the coming and going of men near the house and after an investigative activity carried out also through observation services and stakeouts, they break into the property detecting, from the first checks, the unequivocal and structured "entrepreneurial" activity.
As soon as they entered the house, agents, Besides surprise a customer who had just finished enjoying the "paid service" offered by one of the prostitutes, they collected one series of evidence thanks to whom it was possible to ascertain than that chalet, arranged on two floors, composed of various rooms used for the exclusive use of prostitution; in fact, each room, with a private bathroom and equipped with mattresses lying on the floor, was equipped with towels, packs of condoms, humidifying wipes, a small basket where you could throw the used wipes, a small basket where you could throw the used condoms and sex toys (whips, latex dildos, massage tools).
From first information found by the "workers" and customers emerged as de facto that dating house were managed laid down by the owner of the property who, although not prostituting herself, exploited those women demanding 30% from them for every sexual service; the maitresse, in exchange, in addition to granting them the availability of the place where they could practice prostitution and making everything necessary available, was responsible for managing the dating sites (insertion and advertising of adverts, insertion of photos of the women who prostitutes), to manage the appointments (he answered the phone, agreed on the service, money and set the appointments) and to directly and preventively receive the money for the service, already reduced by 30% due to his illicit gain.
Inside the house, on the kitchen table, were later found several notebooks through which the maitresse managed, accurately, the accounting of his “business”; in fact, inside they were pinned, for every single girl, the appointment times, names and amount of the services performed; each notebook it was placed inside one transparent envelope containing the cash deriving from the proceeds of sexual services. It is highlighted, among other things, that from a preliminary and summary analysis of the "accounting documents" found, the investigators found that inside that villa there was a flourishing and long-lasting prostitution activity with consequent proceeds of significant amounts.
Al end of painstaking organisers' activities of investigation, as there are no doubts about the criminal conduct of the owner of the property, the Gallarate Public Safety Commissioner referred the latter to the AG, a forty-five year old Italian woman with no criminal record for exploitation of prostitution. Furthermore, having been identified, among others, two prostitutes results irregular on the national territory the maitresse was also reported for aiding and abetting illegal immigration. A light of the evidence found and in order to avoid the repetition of the crimes, in agreement with the Public Prosecutor, the entire property, owned by the suspect, was subjected to preventive seizure.
