Drug-related debts were allegedly at the root of the dispute.
Trapani: he shows up at the victim's house and stabs him after an argument, the arrest of a 44-year-old arrested for attempted murder is validated.
It was validated by the GIP of the Court of Marsala, the arrest of the 44-year-old from Mazara who was arrested on 7 July by the Carabinieri of the Mazara del Vallo Company for attempted murder. The man apparently showed up at the victim's house in broad daylight (a 25-year-old local criminal under house arrest) and, following a dispute which presumably arose over debts related to drug charges, he would hit him with various stab wounds and then flee. The timely intervention of the Carabinieri made it possible, through the examination of witnesses and the technical findings carried out by personnel of the Surveys Team of the Trapani Investigation Unit, to reconstruct what happened, bringing the 44-year-old to justice. Following the validation of the arrest the precautionary measure was ordered custody in prison.
