The Carabinieri of the San Filippo di Marsala station (TP) they arrested, for i crimes of manufacturing false documents and personal injury, a convicted felon of Romanian nationality born in '71, in execution of an imprisonment order issued by the General Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Appeal of Palermo, having to atone for the same a sentence of 1 year in prison for the aforementioned crimes committed in Palermo in 2013.
The man would have arrived at the barracks to formalize a complaint, but without identification document. The Carabinieri thus proceeded with the identification through photo-signalling, as a result of which they found that a prison order was pending on the 52-year-old reason for which he was arrested and transferred to the Pietro Cerulli prison in Trapani at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
