Trapani, convicted escapes from a community: captured by the State Police

Trapani, the young man arrested on Wednesday evening by the agents of the Flying Squad of the Trapani Police Headquarters had arbitrarily left a rehabilitation community for drug addicts.
The twenty-five year old from Trapani was in fact serving a prison sentence of several years at a therapeutic facility in Marsala, from which he had escaped at the end of February.
The operators of the State Police, after long stakeouts and a search activity carried out both in Trapani and in other Sicilian provinces, found him on board a car, just as he was preparing to return to the city, coming from the motorway.
In a few moments the officers, having blocked the vehicle, fell on the young man, who, now seeing no escape routes, did not resist. The prison doors were thus opened for the fugitive.
In fact, he was notified of a judicial order revoking the alternative regime, which will force him to serve the remaining years of his sentence in the Trapani prison.
