Tragedy in Modena: a 24-year-old loses his life in a road accident.
Modena. The crash, occurred for reasons still under investigation, around 21.40pm on Tuesday 14 November. The local police, firefighters and 118 are on site.
A motorist 24 year old lost his life in a car accident happened around at 21.40pm on Tuesday 14 November in Contrada street. The young man, resident in Modena, he was proceeding in the direction of the city center when, having arrived near the intersection with via Campestre, lost control of the Fiat Punto which he led. The vehicle ended up against the fence of a house located on the left with respect to the direction of travel and the 24-year-old was thrown from the passenger compartment, suffering very serious injuries that caused his death.
On site The local police intervened which has started investigations, still ongoing, into the causes of the accident; will
the footage from the video surveillance cameras was also analysed municipal offices located in Contrada street. To allow surveys to be carried out it was necessary to close the stretch of road to traffic for about an hour where the accident occurred. The firefighters and 118 were also present.
