According to what has been reconstructed so far, at the height of disagreements of a likely sentimental nature, approached and confronted at her home by a 56-year-old woman, the suspect allegedly reacted by pointing a loaded gun at her, then chasing her on the public road and damaging her car door by kicking it, forcing her to move away.

The timely intervention of the patrols of the Torpè Carabinieri Station and the Siniscola Radiomobile Unit prevented a more serious evolution of the incident, avoiding injuries, and allowed the discovery and seizure, loaded, of a semi-automatic Smith & Wesson caliber 40 pistol, illegally held by the cohabiting spouse of the suspect, who for this reason was also reported at liberty.

The arrested woman, initially placed under house arrest, was released following today's validation hearing before the Judge of Nuoro and immediately brought to a summary trial.
