Siena, "The investigations into the "social and always connected world" of minors continue, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Florence and conducted by the Siena Investigation Unit

Siena, the investigation always takes off from the investigative activity conducted by this Unit as part of the investigation called "The Shoah Party", dating back to 2019, coordinated by the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Florence , Dr. Antonio Sangermano and in which 25 people were reported, of which 20 were minors.

Thus, after the "Utistici" group, the analysis of the computer material seized at the time also allowed the emergence of chats, referring to a WhatsApp group called "political group", characterized by ideological-political drifts in which violence and the use of force are considered instrumental and functional to the affirmation of these ideologies.

In this case, the "political group" chat, active from August 2018 until May 2019, saw 96 people registered within it, mainly minors who, although they had diametrically opposed political ideas with extremist accents, were united by anti-Semitism, from sexual discrimination and racial hatred. All this, considering the use of force and violence a necessary tool for the affirmation of political thought. Armed struggle, even with explicit references to the Red Brigades. There is also no shortage of Apologia for totalitarian and bloody regimes.

Object of particular attention from an investigative point of view, also in order to understand its real significance, are the figures of some users included in this group, who have repeatedly expressed the desire to go and fight in Donbas, praising pro-Russian separatism and the completion of acts of war in Eastern Ukraine. Some of them also highlighted a good knowledge of the weapons and materials used by the armies, especially the Russian one, to which they combined the study of Russian.

In this context there was sharing of multimedia material of the "Best Gore" type, i.e. videos concerning capital executions, torture and dismemberment of human bodies carried out in theaters of war, created by terrorists belonging to the well-known massacre organization "Isis".

In this sense, however, the evidence collected in the investigations by the Carabinieri of the Siena Investigative Unit coordinated by the Prosecutor Dr. Antonio Sangermano, made it possible to exclude that these subjects had implemented such intentions, and in any case prevented this from occurring.

In this regard, consider that in recent years several Italian citizens have gone to fight in Donbas, often thanks to a complex network aimed at recruiting fighters in Europe.

A total of 5 minors have been reported, held responsible, in various capacities and in collaboration with each other, for the crimes p. and p. from the articles 270 (subversive associations) and 414 (incitement to commit crimes)".
