Seregno (Monza), stalks a woman, cuts 25 tires and scratches cars: 28-year-old arrested

On the night between Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th June, the Carabinieri of Giussano station they arrested a 28-year-old Italian in flagrante delicto of persecutory acts and aggravated damage without stable employment, already known to the police.

The arrest came at the culmination of a long-running investigation and which concerned a series of damages carried out against a 23-year-old woman resident in Giussano and of other members of his family unit, which, starting from November 2023, they had had 25 tires slashed as well as the broken mirrors and engravings on the bodywork of their respective cars, for damages amounting to several thousand Euros, also developing a consequent state of anxiety and fear.

The man, against whom criminal proceedings were already pending of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Monza precisely on the basis of evidence that had emerged in relation to the eight previous episodes, he was caught in the act during one of the surveillance services recently intensified by the Carabinieri in proximity to the victim's home and workplace.

The military intervened when the healthier skin , distorted, emerged from the vegetation near which he was parked the car of the offended party and, after having slashed two tyres, he struck insistently the exterior rearview mirrors in order to eradicate them.

The arrest occurred at the end of a short chasewithout any resistance. At the availability of the author, Was the kitchen knife was found and seized used to puncture wheels, and a second cutter hidden in clothing.

The arrested person appears to reside in the same condominium in which the victims of the crimes being prosecuted live.
