Rome, investigations by the State Police are decisive: the GIP of the Court of Rome issues a restrictive order against 2 perpetrators of sexual violence

Rome, a rape reported by a young girl brings to light another sexual violence, even more serious. The State Police identified 3 young rapists, and for 2 of them the Court decided on the measure of house arrest with an electronic bracelet.
The first complaint was collected by investigators from the Porta Pia police station, directed by Angelo Vitale. A girl told the police that she had fallen asleep at a friend's house after a party where they had consumed a lot of alcohol, and then in her sleep she was woken up by a friend of hers who was sexually harassing her.
The episode, in addition to being part of an investigation, circulated among the actors' friends and acquaintances and it was precisely the fact that someone had found the courage to report it that pushed another girl, this time a minor , to do the same and to talk about the rape she had suffered a few months earlier in similar circumstances. The young woman also reported that she fell asleep after a party and woke up with 3 boys on her who were abusing her, one of whom later turned out to be the subject investigated for the first violence.
The Rome Prosecutor's Office unified the 2 facts into a single proceeding and requested and obtained from the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Rome the application of the precautionary measure of house arrest, with attached control via electronic bracelet, for the 2 adult suspects , while the position of the third boy, being a minor, is being examined by the specialized prosecutor's office.
The orders were carried out by the same officers of the Porta Pia police station.
