Checks carried out by the State Police and the Rome Capital Police at a restaurant business, which was found to lack all the necessary authorizations. Contested fines for over 100 thousand euros.

During an extraordinary territorial control service, the agents of the XIII Aurelio District, together with the staff of the Roma Capitale Police, inspected a restaurant business in. It was therefore ascertained that the business did not have a certified notification of commencement of activity - SCIA - the authorization for the sale of spirits, the cash register, the health authorizations and the authorization for the occupation of public land in the street.
Furthermore, 4 employees without employment contracts were found on site, 3 of whom did not have a residence permit.
The manager was then referred to the AG and all the competent authorities for all the violations found during the inspection and, at the end of the inspection, the place was closed. Over 100 thousand euros in fines contested.
