Approximately 82 grams of heroin and 1.000 euros were seized during the first search. Subsequently recovered another 13.430 euros.

Ravenna: two foreign citizens arrested for heroin dealing

Ravenna. The State Police arrested two non-EU citizens for the crime of possession for the purpose of trafficking of narcotic substances, of which one was also reported for the crime of illegal entry and residence in the national territory. In the late afternoon of last Wednesday 25 October in Ravenna in via Bidente, a steering wheelGeneral Prevention and Public Relief Office checked a car with two people inside. The checks carried out in the Interforce Database on the details of the passenger and the driver highlighted their social danger; therefore the police carried out a more in-depth check on the vehicle and the people, at the end of which they were arrested approximately 82 grams of heroin and 1.000 euros were seized.

The subsequent search carried out by the agents at the home of one of the foreigners ended with seizure of the sum of 13.430 euros, money believed to be the proceeds of illicit activities. So, the two men came arrested for the crime of illicit possession of narcotic substances.

The Judicial Authority, informed of the facts, ordered the arrests against those arrested stay in the security rooms of the Police Headquarters, awaiting the validation hearing in which the Judge issued the precautionary custody in prison, while for the other the expulsion measure was adopted with the order of the Police Commissioner of Ravenna, Lucio Pennella, to leave the national territory within seven days.
