Randazzo: She risks an accident to avoid the Carabinieri check and is reported for drugs

She was "caught" while traveling by car 31enne of Maniace (CT), already known to the police for some of her judicial vicissitudes, which was reported by the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Unit of the Randazzo Company for illicit possession of narcotic substances.

This is what happened to the 31-year-old who, despite herself, “stumbled upon” the Highway Patrol of a crew from the Randazzo Radiomobile in Contrada Calderara, on the border between the hamlet of Passopisciaro and Randazzo.

In fact, the 31-year-old, at around 10.30:120, at the wheel of her Ford Fiesta, was travelling along the SS. XNUMX dell'Etna e delle Madonie in the direction of Castiglione di Sicilia (CT) when, unfortunately for her, she noticed the presence of the military patrol engaged in one of the numerous checkpoints set up by the Provincial Command, aimed at preventing crimes and ensuring compliance with the rules of the Highway Code by road users.

The woman's reaction, certainly taken by surprise by that "unexpected presence", was so discomposed that, to avoid a possible check by the military, she preferred to run into a risky maneuver which, obviously, did nothing but induce the Carabinieri to order her to stop to understand the reason for that dangerous behavior.

The suspicions of the military increased even more when they perceived the agitated state of the woman, who was barely able to answer the questions that were asked of her, which is why the crew decided to proceed with a more thorough inspection.

In fact, the Carabinieri then searched the Ford Fiesta on which, right behind the left rear light inside the boot, well hidden behind the carpet, they found two cellophane packages, containing in turn, respectively, in one 4 doses of cocaine and in the other 3 doses of marijuana, while, in the driver's wallet, they found approximately 150,00 €, probable proceeds from the illicit sale of the drug.

In this context, the "variety" of the drugs held and their characteristic packaging, typical of retail sales, earned the woman the referral to the Judicial Authority.
