The Carabinieri of the Paceco station arrested, in execution of an order for the application of the precautionary measure of house arrest issued by the Court of Trapani, a criminal from Trapani born in 80 for the crimes of theft and improper use of a credit card.

Last September, the 43-year-old was arrested and reported by the Carabinieri because he was accused of some car thefts that he allegedly committed in the municipality of Paceco. From the investigations carried out by the soldiers of the Carabinieri, also with the aid of images from video surveillance systems, serious indications of guilt emerged against the arrested person in relation to the theft of a credit card from which he had unduly withdrawn the sum of around 600 euros. The Judicial Authority, fully agreeing with the investigative findings of the Carabinieri, ordered the application of house arrest with an electronic bracelet and, therefore, the arrested person was restricted to his home.
