Novara: robbery in the center, 4 boys arrested. 

"Novara is golden!” This was the code phrase used by “pack leader” ES, citizen 18 year old Moroccan, last evening 9th July, when, in the streets of the city center, after having identified his prey, Has gathered his accomplices thus activating the “hunting” against two Italian boys, just over 18.

Together with three other young North Africans between 18 and 19 years old according to reconstruction carried out by the Police, they would have waited for the two young unfortunates to go into an isolated street in the center and there they struck. With lightning-fast movements, taking advantage of the numerical majority, the group, composed of four North African citizens would have hunted down the victims and, after having immobilized them, he would have them with force ripped the gold chains from his neck and then flee, losing track of themselves.

The immediate investigative activity of the agents of Flying Squad of the Novara Police Headquarters allowed to reconstruct the story in detail thus leading to the identification of the four alleged members of the gang. Thanks to the sudden intervention it was possible to recover, the following morning, the precious objects stolen from the two young victims, returning them to their owners.

View the severity of the facts two of them were subjected to detention by the Judicial Police, subsequently validated by the GIP of the Court of Novara with which he first arranged the precautionary measure in prison, while for the second the precautionary measure of the obligation to reside in the municipality of Novara jointly to the obligation to report daily to the PG. For others two subjects, initially investigated in a state of freedom, was issued by the Court of Novara, a precautionary custody order in prison, carried out on the afternoon of July 14th involving the same people at the Novara prison.
