The Carabinieri of the Cimitile station have implemented an order implementing the precautionary measure of custody in prison, issued by the GIP/GUP Section of the Court of Nola at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office against a 21-year-old from Cimitile, under investigation for kidnapping, mistreatment and aggravated personal injury.

The investigations, conducted by the Cimitile station, made it possible, in short, to ascertain that, since June 2023, the aforementioned, on several occasions, threatened, insulted and beat his partner, repeatedly hitting her also in the face and depriving her of personal freedom. In particular, during some attacks, he attempted to strangle the woman, causing her personal injuries, with consequent permanent weakening of an organ.

The measure carried out is a precautionary measure ordered during preliminary investigations, against which appeals are permitted and the recipient of it is a person subjected to investigations and, therefore, presumed innocent until a final sentence is reached.
