Naples, a bar in the center closed: it administered alcohol to minors.

The Police Commissioner of Naples, on the proposal of the Municipal Police - Security Department - Local Police Service - Unit for the Protection of Social and Minor Emergencies - Police Unit of Naples, has ordered the suspension for 15 days of the activity of supplying food and drinks to the public in comparisons of a bar Via dei Carrozzieri in Monteoliveto.
In particular, last February 11th, Local Police officers surprised two minors, aged 16 and 17, leaving the business with two glasses of spritz purchased in the bar.
The operators had ascertained that the partner, as well as the legal representative of the commercial activity, had served alcoholic drinks to minors without requesting an identity document despite the physical characteristics showing that he was a minor, therefore they had administratively sanctioned him for serving drinks alcoholic beverages to minors; furthermore, the man had already been sanctioned for the same reason in May 2022 as well as on March 11th.
The measure is therefore aimed at avoiding a concrete danger to public order and the safety of citizens.
