Despite a sentence of one year and four months in prison for the crime of persecutory acts, imposed in 2017 by the Court of Pescara, a fifty-nine year old from Montesilvano, he was unable to accept the end of a relationship with his partner that lasted about 11 years.
The woman already in 2016 she had reported him for stalking and consequently the man was subjected to the precautionary measure of the approach ban, which was then interrupted following the final conviction.
After a period of apparent calm, just a few days ago, the unfortunate woman was forced to file a new complaint at the Montesilvano Carabinieri Station, once again becoming the target of continuous persecution by his ex-partner.
The latter in the last few days he had been the protagonist of night incursions in front of the front door of the woman's home, who had tried to break through with kicks and punches, which he followed up with multiple punches death threats also addressed to the ex's family members even on the street.
The man has gone so far as to he waited for his ex-partner outside her home.
On one occasion while the unfortunate woman was in the company of her mother, on her way to the offices of the Carabinieri barracks, both had been threatened with phrases such as “Go ahead and go to the Carabinieri, I'll kill you anyway".
Now out of control, lThe man waited for the two women at the exit of the Carabinieri barracks, following them to the center of Montesilvano, where he once again reiterated with the heavy ones death threats.
Thanks to timely intervention by the Carabinieri who had seen what happened, the man was arrested in the act of committing the crime of stalking, always without prejudice to his presumption of innocence until a final sentence and, by order of the Deputy Public Prosecutor of Pescara, taken to the prison of San Donato.
He himself, to the soldiers who intervened, justified such behavior because still in love with his ex-partner and being pervaded by jealousy and the desire to see her.
