Modica, commits a home burglary. Incarceration order for a 50-year-old Sicilian with police prejudice against him.

Yesterday the Carabinieri of the local Tenenza proceeded with the execution of a detention order, issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Ragusa, against a 50-year-old local man, unmarried, unemployed and with police prejudice against him.

In 2015, the man was responsible for a home burglary in the hamlet of Sampieri, a crime perpetrated in competition and with the recognition, by the competent Prosecutor's Office, the specification of the aggravating circumstance.

For such violation, after having completed the ritual formalities, the operators took the interested party to the Ragusa district house, where he will serve a sentence of 1 year, 7 months and 26 days in prison.

The activity carried out demonstrates how effective the operational tool of the force is which, thanks to the constant perception of the various citizens' sensitivities, manages to ascertain crimes and bring to justice those who violate domestic peace.
