The Carabinieri of the San Filippo station in Marsala have arrested, in compliance with an aggravation order issued by the GIP of the local Court, a convicted criminal from Marsala born in 86 for the crime of domestic abuse and personal injury.
The 37-year-old, currently banned from approaching places frequented by the offended party, allegedly disregarded what was imposed by the Judge several times and continued to threaten his ex-wife. The judicial authority, after having examined the findings of the Carabinieri who had documented the repeated violations, therefore issued today's restrictive measure. At the end of the formalities, the man was subjected to house arrest at his parents' home.
