Lecco: he rants and lashes out at the policemen with kicks and punches, arrested.

On the evening of 2 April, personnel of the Lecco State Police - Flying Squad were sent from the local Operations Room, in via Cavour di Lecco, where the presence of a annoying subject in a state of alteration, who kicked the garbage bags in the street, effectively scattering their contents onto the public street.

Having immediately arrived on site, the Volante officers intercepted the subject, who immediately carried out an attack surly and aggressive conduct against workers. At the same time, without any identity document, he was also found in possession of a small quantity of hashish-type narcotic substance, he was therefore accompanied to the police station.

During the compilation of the relevant documents, the subject suddenly he went into a rage, starting to rant against the policemen, throwing himself at them, kicking and punching and also damaging a metal bench.

In light of the above, the 24-year-old subject, of Moroccan nationality, was blocked by the agents with great difficulty and subsequently arrested for the crimes of resisting a public official and aggravated damage.

On the morning of April 3, the validation hearing took place at the Court of Lecco, where the arrest was validated and the offender was placed in precautionary custody in prison, awaiting trial.
